Dr. Vivien Weber holds a PhD in Molecular Genetics from the Université Côte d’Azur, France and brings experience in molecular cell biology and immunology to our collaboration. She is also a specialist in CRISPR/Cas9-based genetic modification of human cells, quantitative PCR, digital droplet PCR (ddPCR), RTPCR, preparation of DNA and RNA for NGS sequencing (Illumina, Oxford Nanopore), preparation of plasmid libraries with individual barcodes, cloning and human cell culture.
